Dulcie, a note to thank you for playing a MAJOR ROLE in one of the most special times in my life. For years I dreamt of owning my own home and til recently, it was just that - a dream!
Then a few months ago, I decided to seriously explore this option. I had spoken to a number of realtors but I didn’t feel a connection. As luck should have it, one day I contacted “a REALTOR®” to inquire about a property of interest; thankfully, THAT REALTOR® WAS YOU!

There aren’t enough words to adequately thank you for your participation in this; but I would like to comment on some of your attributes – the ones that impressed me about you. Your professionalism; your more than evident set of real estate skills; your non pressuring, gentle and approachable manner; your soft voice and smile; the respect you always showed me for my decisions and the guidance you gently lent along the way.
You made the transition of “apartment dweller to home owner” so much more smooth and pleasant because of your unique human relations skills.
Add that to your abundance of natural intuition and you are a force to be reckoned with. These traits, I believe, serve you well in not only selling properties BUT making friends along the way......not an easy task for the best of realtors I’m sure.....but YOU can do it.

When I first explored the idea of purchasing a home, needless to say, I experienced much anxiety, apprehension and doubt. Then, I met you, and I knew I had found my “dream RE/MAX Realtor®”. My husband and I moved to Ontario 13 years ago, our children were grown and making lives of their own, but our jobs in NL came to an end and we had no choice but to leave; It was the hardest thing we have ever done.
We had a good life in Ontario, we made some life long friends, and began to call it our second home.
Well now we have two precious granddaughters, we were watching them grow up on the web, which is great, but we wanted to move home and watch them grow, and we wanted them to know us as grandparents, not someone that they see on the web.
We made the decision last August to move home , so we walked into the Remax office and asked to speak to an agent.
Well little did we know that not only were we meeting someone that would help us find a home but we found a friend, her name is Dulcie Sharpe-Turpin. She listened to our wants and needs, she spent hours taking us around, (her husband even joined us at times) showing us house after house.
We went back to Ontario, and through the Internet and telephone we stayed in touch, Dulcie sent picture and listing of houses that we may be interested in. In February I came home and started the search again with my daughter in tow. Dulcie once again took us out everyday and tirelessly showed us house after house. The following week my husband came and he looked at the houses we had picked out. With Dulcie's help, guidance, patience and caring we choose the home we want.
Dulcie also helped us with lawyers, suggesting moving companys, making sure that everything was in order for the day we moved Home. I truly feel that Dulcie made this move so much easier for us.
