Real Estate Listings and Sales for St. John's and Surrounding Area for March 2012.

The number of homes sold in the region serviced by the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of REALTORS® came in well above year-ago levels in January 2012. Home sales numbered 227 units in January, rising 10% above levels reported in January 2011.
